Our Services

Coast OT is an occupational therapy service supporting adults on the Central Coast, NSW. We work with people who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS, as well as those accessing aged care services or paying privately.

We provide mobile services, offering therapy in the home, community, or via Telehealth. This flexible approach allows us to meet people where they are, supporting continuity and ease of access to care.

Our focus includes hollistic OT assessment, daily living skills, equipment prescription, home modifications, restorative care, and skill retraining. We take a practical, evidence-based approach, working with each person to identify and work toward meaningful goals.

Our work is a commited to helping people maintain their independence, participate in everyday life, and stay connected to what matters most to them.

Referrals

We are an adult based service and able to support adults aged 16+.

We accept NDIS referrals (Plan-Managed or Self-Managed), Aged Care (Home Care Package or Short-Term Restorative Care), or private paying clients.

Referrals can be received from GPs, psychologists, support coordinators, allied health professionals, or directly from participants and families.
